Gloria Springwood Apartments specialise in fully furnished one bedroom rental units. Units are available on 6 or 12 month lease agreements, subject to approval of application.

Tenants can utilise the buildings facilities including free Internet, outdoor pool, BBQ area and gym room.
Important
Approval of an application can take 48 to 72 hours (3 working days).
On approval of an application Bond (equivalent to four weeks rent) and two weeks rent will be required when signing lease agreement.
These leased rentals are not serviced units and do not come with linen. Utilities are connected and payable through the building management.
